Called office, spoke with Susan, no problem. Called and told member, all set. 01/13/20 JC Natalie called to get price on D0140 ($70) at office 239-213-1733. Said she has an appt there tomorrow. 02/05/20 JC Office 13955 called on member Natalie Jinks 41440879907. Renata also wanted to verify this office can take DentaCard, how to bill, etc. I explained they are in network, bill from the dentemax fee schedule. She said sounds good. 2/6/2020 MT Via chat, member wanted to know fees for DLN Riccobene, fee sched 136. Member called complaining about the list of dentist's on the DC site. Said one of them has doctors that change every time (Riccobene associates), misleading etc. I explained about CORP offices having different doctors changing a lot, and that I show many other options in the area. Gave her a few names but she said she investigated and they don't have good reviews. I explained best I can do is give a few more names/and or she looks on there and finds one she's happy with. She said she likely will not renew as she's not happy with the dental office options 1/6/26 EK |
